Retirement Announcement


It is with very deep regret that I’m writing to let you know David has decided to retire after nearly 27 years of sculpting cottages. Production of all David Winter Cottages to cease on June 1st 2010

Retirement of the current collection and the last date to place orders through British Collectibles
May 1st 2010

All Friends of David Winter Guild Memberships extended for six months to June 2010

British Collectibles will carry on after June 1st. This should give all of us on the Collecting and Production sides plenty of time to cope and adjust to the change.

Membership of the Collectors Guild costs $49.00 per year in the USA. There are also branches of the club for Australia, England and Canada which can be reached through this web site. (Click here)

Your membership fee entitles you to the Guild Members Piece (Rosies Tearoom) a membership card and certificate and copies of the new Guild Color Newsletter, Cottage Tidings which is published once a year. Your membership also allows you to purchase (if you wish) any or all of the Redemption cottages that are sculpted by David each year.
